MyAssistant365.ai is a trade name of Tejas Star LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect on roofers.myassistant365.ai, how we use it, and how our text messages work.
We do not buy or sell your personal information, including your mobile number.

- What you type into our forms: your name, roofing company name, mobile number, email address and best time to call.
- Calls and chats with our AI assistant, including recordings, transcripts and summaries, so we can answer your request.

How we use it
- To answer your questions, book and confirm your demo call, and follow up on your request.
- To set up and support your service if you become a customer.
- To improve our website and service.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our phone, messaging, scheduling and payment providers, and only so they can provide that service to us. Mobile numbers and text message opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
SMS Terms
- Program: MyAssistant365.ai text messages about your demo request, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer care replies, account updates, and occasional news and offers about our services.
- How you opt in: by ticking the SMS consent box on our website form, or by asking us to text you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop anytime: reply STOP to cancel. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP, call 832-548-4777, or email support@myassistant365.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
